• Props provided for the session to assist with specific poses and to make space for baby.

• Variety of locations available:

  • Travel to you to practice in the comfort of your home

  • Escape & Relax at a private space in Ankeny

  • Zoom is also available.

Everything from a private session at a discounted rate! ($25 per session)

It really does take a village! Have a private yoga session for you and one person from your village (spouse, partner, parent, best friend, etc.) 

• Gentle, 45-minute asana (movement) with 15-minute shavasana (rest)
